Palazzo Perticari is a historic 18th-century patrician building in the centre of Pesaro. It has recently been restored thanks to the intervention of a local patron and will become the headquarters of the Signoretti Foundation and Art Library. The interior of the palace, in keeping with the style of 18th-century patrician residences, features coffered ceilings with neoclassical decorations.
Here, Urmet installed a hybrid video door phone system with IP and 2voice technology. For the exterior, the client chose Alpha entry panels, which has a modern finish and white colour that complement the fine decorations on the façade of this historic residence.
