Located on Via Orlandi in Bologna, this newly constructed building of premium flats has been fully wired with network cable. This made it possible to install Urmet's IPerCom system, which integrates control of advanced building functions into the video door phone system, allowing the use of a reduced number of management devices in common areas and flats.
The following has been installed in the 20 housing units:
the Elekta entry panel with black glass front panel, display and digital directory; 7” Max black video door phones and the white VOG 7 in a flush-mounted version
the Urmet Yokis chronothermostat and smart home devices for managing temperature, lighting, shutters and controlling electrical loads
the Simon Urmet Nea Expì wiring system with brushed aluminium finish and matt white switches
wi-fi video surveillance cameras
the Zeno wireless and 1068 wired intrusion alarm systems.
