For the new residential complex "Il Bosco Green Home" built in Sorbolo, in the province of Parma, Urmet created video intercom, video surveillance and anti-intrusion systems.
According to the original project, the complex, consisting of 14 independent villas, is served by a main road overlooked by the private entrances of the individual homes.
At the end of the urbanisation works, it was decided to make the entire construction lot private, closing public access to the road with a driveway gate for communal use by residents. Consequently, the installation of a main push-button panel was planned, functional to the communication between the driveway and the individual homes. The whole dynamic led to an important technical criticality: the non-existence of a connecting pipe between the villas and the main push-button panel.
Urmet with Prodel promptly solved the critical issue by proposing and installing a cutting-edge technological solution: an IP digital push-button panel that allows the opening of both the gate of each villa and of the driveway via smartphone, avoiding the laying of cables connecting the various homes.
Urmet proposed a different, but equally effective, solution for the secondary push-button panels installed in the individual villas: single-family video intercom kits that allow calling from the personal gate within the residential environment itself.
To complete the plant engineering interventions, a number of owners also chose Urmet for the video surveillance and anti-intrusion systems of their homes.
