For the renovation project of a building located in Reggio Emilia and used as a B&B, Urmet provided advanced access control and video intercom system solutions.
For the management of reservations, guest check-in and check-out and secure access control, Urmet proposed the smart and versatile Sclak system: based on Bluetooth technology, it does not require an Internet connection and allows the integration of different openings, including the lift, and their direct management via smartphone.
The new motorised Sclak Gear pawl, compatible with European or Scandinavian cylinders, is installed directly on the door, allowing it to be opened via a mobile device, but without eliminating the possibility of using a mechanical key. The Sclak Bridge modules, on the other hand, allow other devices in the system to be connected to the Internet and services to be activated from a smartphone.
Urmet's video door entry solution combines minimalist design and advanced technology.
Inside, the VOG5W monitors have simple and elegant lines thanks to soft touch buttons on a single flat glass surface and are equipped with integrated Wi-Fi connection allowing advanced functions including call forwarding to smartphones. On the outside, the one-piece zamak Mikra Plus push-button panel, equipped with a proximity sensor that activates when the user approaches, illuminating the practical 3.5’ colour display, displays names digitally, eliminating the need for name tags.
