For the renovation of a beachfront structure in Giardini Naxos in the province of Messina, which has become the new B&B/holiday home "L'occhio del mare", Urmet created integrated video intercom, anti-intrusion, video surveillance, hotel automation and civil series systems.
The video intercom system installed is 2Voice, the non-polarised 2-wire system that allows the creation of digital video intercom systems and is ideal for renovation interventions, as it does not require masonry works. The Mikra anti-vandal push-button panel with colour display is installed outdoors.
The anti-intrusion system chosen is the multifunctional 1068, which can be managed entirely remotely: the wireless control unit, the control keypad with backlit LCD display, detectors and siren constitute a security network with easy configuration and management.
The anti-intrusion system integrates with the 5M Eco series video surveillance cameras.
Forhotel automation , the Urmet GLT Perseo CardCode system was chosen: the solution allows the easy management of rooms and communal areas, gate openings and load activation. In addition, based on a system of numeric codes and transponder cards, it facilitates access for guests.
The installation is completed by the Nea Flexa civil series by Simon Urmet in elegant white colouring, installed in the individual apartments and communal areas.
