The B&B Firenze al Duomo is a unique charming accommodation, located in one of the most beautiful and fascinating places in the world: it overlooks, in fact, Piazza Santa Maria Novella in Florence. Located in a privileged position, its windows allow to admire the details of the multiform and polychrome marble panels that cover the Basilica and gaze at the beauty and harmony of one of the most visited architectural works in the world.
The B&B Firenze al Duomo has recently undergone a complex renovation that also included the renewal of the electrical systems and the internal access control system. In the common areas and rooms, the Nea Expì wiring system by Simon Urmet with aluminium-coloured inserts and opal grey glass cover plates has been installed, for lighting and temperature control. The choice of essential, square lines and the cold colour of the cover plates create an unexpected yet refined and elegant contrast in each room. The access and energy management of the rooms has been carried out with Plexa systems by Urmet Group: a soft-touch numeric keypad with proximity reader and badge holder pocket has been installed at the entrance to each room, allowing access to authorised persons only.
