Card Activation Booking Management, Ipassan

The Booking Management card allows you to manage scenarios and access for residents, employees or visitors.
Through a dedicated web portal, users or managers can book a room, tennis court, coworking space and parking for visitors or equipment.
When the booking is confirmed, visitors automatically receive authorisations to the doors and floors related to the booking period.
Access to the places can be through badges, free access or following authorisation by the manager.
Multiple advanced features are possible such as managing scenarios before, during and after the booking period, for example: turning a heater on/off or automatically adjusting a light.
An activation card is required for each site.
